For menu versatility, the oven's heat settings range from 175 to 500 degrees Fahrenheit.The Cadco BLS-4FTD-1H single full-size oven sits atop a heavy-duty aluminum cart that accommodates 10 full-size sheet pans and is mobile because of its four casters. The ventless hood features an automatic fan with two speed settings, while the interior of the unit measures 4 cubic feet and can hold four full-size sheet pans.
